Learning New things!

Carter is so proud of himself....he learned how to draw people. He was concentrating so hard when drawing himself, Daddy and Sawyer. Yup thats right no mommy or Gwen. I guess boys only in his mind. Notice how tall he made him self and with a really little head. Sawyer is the itty bitty person in the middle and of course daddy on the right hand side. So fun to see my little boy accomplish new things every day.

This little guy has one cute personality! Sawyer is always happy, always trying to make you laugh, pulls the funniest faces, is such a little love bug, tender & sweet, and so much more.

I love this picture of him. It just shows cute, fun, silly Sawyer. He was having so much fun wearing this Mcdonalds play uniform while playing kitchen. As soon as I pulled out the camera, he was all smiles and so proud of his new look.

She's awake!

Here is our sweet Gwen awake! She sleeps a lot during the day, so its not often that I get a picture with her eyes open. She is such a cutie and so precious!

Easter Events

We had a fun Easter this year! We had lots of fun Easter events for the kids all weekend!

Friday: We went to a ward Easter Primary Party. The boys had so much fun doing easter crafts, making frosted cookies, and doing the Easter egg hunt.

Saturday: We went to an Easter egg hunt in Encinitas. So many people were there, but the boys still managed to get their eggs. They also had many fun activities for the kids to do.

Sunday: Happy Easter! We had a great Easter morning doing another easter egg hunt in our backyard, and having the boys watch a church easter movie so they could begin learning the true meaning of Easter. Carter gave an Easter talk in Primary today. He did so good. He was so excited to talk about Jesus and to stand up and use the microphone. After church we had a yummy Easter dinner with Jono's siblings.

We are so blessed to be apart of this gospel, and so grateful to our Savior and Heavenly Father for the atonement! We love our Savior! Happy Easter!

Good Friends!

My good friend from High school, Jessica and her mom Judy came to visit to see sweet baby Gwen. It was so good to see them. JEss was one of my best friends in high school and I am so glad we have continued to stay in touch and stay updated on each others lives. We were laughing because almost every time we see each other, I am either big and pregnant, or just had a baby. I am so happy for Jess. She just got engaged! It was so fun seeing how excited and happy she is. Lots of wedding plans in the mix! They were so sweet and spoiled Gwen with lots of cute clothes! Thank you so much Jess & Judy! I had lots of fun with you two!

Cool kids on the block

A couple of Sundays ago, we went up to Brooke & Matt's house (Jono's sister) for Sunday dinner after we watched conference. Before dinner we were having some fun outside with Porters cool skate ramp. We were looking like the cool kids on the block. We got the whole family doing it, even Sawyer.

Such Sweetness...this is when being a mom is so special!

My Little Sweet Pea

Gwen is such a sweet, precious little baby. I am loving every second I have with her. Gwen is very calm and patient. She never cries unless she is hungry. She sleeps often and does pretty good through the night, waking up any where from 1-2 times a night. I am so blessed to have this little sweet pea in my life. I love my little Gwen so much and am so glad she came in to our family. I am so lucky to have her as my little girl!
